1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how 69.365.944 THAINARA ALVES DE LIMA (CNPJ 69.365.944/0001-69), with its principal office at Avenida Euclydes Bis, 350, Loteamento Residencial Pereirinha, Penápolis - SP, 16309-214, Brazil, operating the Saltbloom brand and the website saltbloom.site ("Saltbloom", "we", "us" or "our"), collects, uses and protects personal information. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.
2. Information we collect
- Purchase information: your name, email address and billing details (such as billing country and postal code) when you buy a product or start a subscription. Card details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor; we never receive or store your full card number.
- Account information: your email address and password. Passwords are stored only in hashed (one-way encrypted) form. We also keep your purchase history, access status and basic login activity (date of last login and number of logins).
- Messages: anything you send us by email or through the contact page.
- Technical information: IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected by our hosting provider in standard server logs for security and reliability.
3. How we use your information
- to process your payments (including subscription renewals) and deliver the product you purchased;
- to create and secure your member account and keep you logged in;
- to send transactional emails, such as your login details, receipts and password resets;
- to answer your questions and handle refund requests;
- to prevent fraud and abuse and keep the website secure;
- to comply with legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We do not send marketing emails unless you ask us to, and we do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Legal bases
Where data-protection laws require a legal basis (for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Brazil), we process your information to perform our contract with you, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests in running a secure and reliable service. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
5. Cookies and local storage
When you log in, we set one strictly necessary session cookie that keeps you signed in for up to 30 days; it is removed when you log out. Your reading progress and the entries you make in the product tools are saved in your own browser's local storage and are not sent to us. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings at any time; doing so will log you out and reset saved progress on that device.
6. How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share it only with:
- service providers that help us run the business, such as our payment processors, hosting and database providers, and email delivery service, who may use it only to provide their services to us;
- authorities or other parties when required by law, or to protect our rights, our customers or the public.
7. Data retention
We keep account and purchase information for as long as your account is active and afterwards as long as needed for legal, accounting and tax purposes. Messages are kept as long as needed to answer them and handle any follow-up. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see Section 9).
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections, hashed passwords and restricted access to our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, to request deletion and correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights; we do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To make a request, email thainaraa405@gmail.com. We will verify your request using the email address on your account and reply within the time required by law. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
10. Children
Our website and products are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International transfers
Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those where you live. When we transfer information, we rely on our providers' contractual safeguards to protect it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
